SB 138, 54th R.S.
Relating to setting forth the manner and form in which stock certificates shall be issued by any corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas and how such stock certificates shall be signed, whether by officers of such a corporation or by a transfer agent or assistant transfer agent, and providing for the use of a facsimile or printed corporate seal, and facsimile signature of officers of such corporations; and providing for the use of a facsimile or printed corporate seal and the use of facsimile signatures by certain officers of such a corporation on bonds, debentures and other evidences of indebtedness when such securities are authenticated by the manual signature of an officer of the corporate or other trustee appointed or named by the indenture or trust or other agreement under which such securities are issued.
