Relating to making it unlawful to interfere with the performance by a railroad or common carrier motor carrier of its common carrier duties where a labor union or striking employees are picketing or causing to be picketed the premises or approach to the premises of an employer (not a railroad or common carrier motor carrier); making it unlawful for the employees of such railroad or common carrier motor carrier to refuse to pass through a picket line or pickets for the purpose of switching loaded or empty railroad cars or loaded or empty motor vehicles from or to the picketed employer; providing penalties and providing for restraining orders and injunction and civil damages; declaring the provisions of the Act to be severable.
