Relating to qualifications of applicants for license as Licensed Vocational Nurses; authorizing the Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners to waive the requirement for completion of a course in an accredited school for vocational nurse training if the applicant has completed at least two years of work in a nursing school accredited by the Board of Nurse Examiners.
