Relating to defining and regulating the business of representing Legal Reserve Life Insurance Companies as Agent; to provide for the licensing of agents for such insurers; to provide minimum standards and qualifications as conditions precedent to issuance of licenses; to provide for the examination of applicants for said licenses; to provide for the renewal of existing licenses without examination; to fix examination and other fees; to authorize regulations for the administration of this Act; to provide penalties for violation of this Act; to repeal all laws or parts of laws inconsistent with this Act; to provide for partial invalidity.
