HB 17, 55th 2nd C.S.

Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide certain changes in the number of directors to be appointed from the City of Tyler in the event said city shall be annexed to the District; limiting the amount and purpose of bonds which may be issued by the District supported wholly or partially by taxation but only in the event the City of Tyler shall be annexed to the District; providing a proper voter classification in elections for annexations of territory where no debt or other obligation is presented for assumption at such election.
