HB 4, 55th 2nd C.S.

Relating limiting the provisions of this Act to Tyler County, with the exception of precinct 4, and Jasper and Newton Counties; making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or posses any game bird or game animal in said area at any time; to take, kill or trap any fur-bearing animal, with the exception of the fox, in said area; to take or attempt to take any fresh-water fish or other aquatic life in said area by any means or method; providing penalties.
