SB 3, 56th 3rd Called Session
Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to provide that the defendant in a criminal prosecution for any non-capital felony offense shall have the right, upon entering a plea of guilty or upon entering a plea of nolo contendere, to waive the right of trial by a jury.
