SB 393, 56th R.S.
Relating to defining a vacancy as any area which is not listed on the records of the Land Office as school land and which is claimed to be owned by any private person, firm or corporation and which the State is entitled to recover in a suit by the State and which is of such a nature that were same recovered by the State in such a suit it would constitute public school land and which is not involved in pending litigation brought by the State to recover the same.
