Relating to an Act entitled the "Texas Occupation Tax for Education"; levying an Occupation Tax of one per cent (1%) on the gross receipts of retailers selling certain property in this state; levying a Use Tax of one per cent (1%) on the sales price for the use of certain property in the State.
