HB 691, 56th R.S.
Relating to validating a bond election of December 7, 1957, in Wood County, Texas, which authorized the levying of taxes and the issuance of bonds in the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000) with maximum interest of five per cent (5%) payable in forty (40) years or less, principal and interest thereon to be paid from the taxes herein authorized for the purpose of constructing and maintaining four (4) dams in Wood County.
