Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by extending its terms to include a trustee and by providing that an indictment for theft or conversion of any estate by a trustee with intent to defraud any beneficiary or settlor of a trust may be presented within ten (10) years from the time of the commission of the offense.
