Relating to amending the Texas Election Code so as to fix $300.00 per county as the maximum amount that a candidate for nomination for State Senator or Representative may be required to pay to the County Executive Committee to have his name placed on the primary ballot in counties having a population of more than 350,000 as determined by the last preceding Federal Census.
