Relating to amending "The Plumbing License Law of 1947" to provide that the qualifications and standards set forth therein are to be considered as minimum requirements only in cities in excess of fifty thousand (50,000) inhabitants and permitting such cities to establish and enforce such higher standards and qualifications as they deem desirable.
