Relating to providing for the use of photographic, photostatic, microfilm or other accurately reproduced copies of original writing or written instruments in any judicial or administrative proceeding or trial where the original is produced at the time it is offered in evidence or is accounted for, or where there is no bona fide dispute as to the copy's accuracy.
