HB 792, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending the School Foundation Program so as to provide that a school child who resides with a city which has a public transportation system and such child resides within two miles of the city public transportation system, such child shall be eligible to be transported at state expense if the city public transportation system does not provide bus routes that will transport the child within 1/2 mile of the school he attends, but in no case shall such child be transported at state expense if he resides within two miles of the school he attends.
