HB 613, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code to provide the death penalty for anyone assaulting with the intent to rape a female seven years of age or under; providing that anyone who kidnaps any person seven years of age or under for the purpose or with the intent of committing any sexual offense or bodily harm shall be subject upon conviction therefore to death penalty.
