HB 567, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to provide that Corporations organized pursuant to certain provisions of the National Housing Act, which operate housing projects in connection with Military Reservations shall pay a franchise tax based upon gross receipts instead of gross assets and thereby excluding from the tax base long-term indebtedness.
