Relating to amending certain Acts by increasing the fees for certified copies of vital records furnished by county clerks and the State Registrar of Vital Statistics and for searching the records of the State Bureau of Vital Statistics, by authorizing deposit of fees in the Vital Statistics Fund oftener than at the close of each month, and by providing for a refund of fees where the Bureau cannot render the service for which the fee was paid.
