SB 453, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts to eliminate the present requirement that charges and rates for water furnished cities and towns of Canadian River Municipal Water Authority shall be uniform regardless of the distance from the source, and providing that such charges and rates and any penalties to be imposed in connection therewith shall be fixed by unanimous vote of the District's Board of Directors.
