SB 443, 55th R.S.

Relating to the State Employees Retirement System, providing that any member of the State Employees Retirement System who has accepted service retirement and is subsequently appointed by the Governor, with consent of the Senate, to a public office and resumes public employment, shall not forfeit his rights as a retired state employee.
