SB 220, 55th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the County Board of School Trustees of each county to contract with the State Department of Public Welfare for coverage of certain persons under the provisions of the Old Age and Survivors Insurance Program of the Federal Social Security Act, whose salaries, wages or compensation are paid from the County Administration Fund, the County Transportation Fund, or any other fund or funds administered by said Boards.
