Relating to the number, duties and salaries of employees in certain job classifications which the Texas Employment Commission is authorized to employ during the remainder of the biennium ending August 31, 1959; allocating Federal funds heretofore appropriated to the Unemployment Compensation Administration Fund; providing for the severability of the provisions of this Act.
