Relating to providing that each and every school district of this State annually shall have its school district accounts audited by a Texas certified or licensed public accountant; providing for the annual filing of a copy of the audit report with the Texas Central Education Agency in lieu of the school treasurer (depository) reports heretofore required to be filed.
