SB 78, 58th R.S.
Relating to abolishing the offices of county superintendent and county school boards in all counties in this state having a population of not less than three hundred thousand (300,000) nor more than three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000); providing that the duties of county superintendents and the county school boards on the effective date of this Act shall be performed by the county judges of such counties.
