HJR 27, 58th R.S.
Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide for voting on electors for President and Vice President, and on all state-wide offices, questions or propositions, by persons qualified to vote in this State except for meeting county or district residence requirements, and to provide for voting on electors for President and Vice President by otherwise qualified United States citizens who have moved into or out of the State preceding a presidential election.
