HB 920, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person, firm, or corporation that has a television tower or similar structure licensed by the Federal Communications Commission and located within the State of Texas be required to have continuously burning flashing red lights, or continuously burning flashing red lights, or both, in operation thereon at whatever prescribed intervals and subject to whatever prescribed conditions they are under license required to maintain; providing that any guy wires upholding said towers or similar structures that have less than a sixty (60) degree angle with the ground be required to have at least two (2) continuously burning flashing red lights on levels at approximately three-fourths (3/4), one-half (1/2), and one-fourth (1/4) of the overall length of any such guy wire, and installed so as to be visible from any angle of approach; providing certain penalties.
