HB 505, 58th R.S.
Relating to the implied consent of the driver of a motor vehicle to submit to chemical testing to determine alcoholic content of blood providing that any person who operates a motor vehicle upon the public highways of this State shall be deemed to have given his consent to a chemical test or tests of his blood, breath, saliva, or urine for the purpose of determining the alcoholic content of his blood.
