Relating to making it unlawful for anyone to willfully excavate in or upon or to disturb, deface, disfigure, damage, destroy or remove any historic or prehistoric ruin, burial ground, archaeological or vertebrate paleontological site, or site including fossilized footprints, inscriptions made by human agency, or any other archaeological or paleontological feature, or any historical marker, medallion, monument or other historical feature, situated on lands owned or controlled by the State of Texas, or any agency thereof; providing penalties.
