Relating to increasing the period from the time a divorce petition is filed to the time it may be heard; making it a felony for any party to a divorce to marry anyone within six (6) months except the other party to the divorce; requiring that all child support payments be paid to the clerk of the court rendering the support judgment; requiring the appointment of an attorney ad litem to represent children in every divorce suit; requiring the defendant in a divorce suit involving children to be present when the cause is heard; permitting visitation at reasonable times and places by the parent not having custody of children.
