Relating to requiring building permits for the building, erection or construction of any building or other structure or improvements to any existing structure and for the moving of building, the total value of which building, structure or improvement is in excess of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00); excluding buildings or structures located within the corporate limits of any incorporated city or town having a building permit code from the provisions of this Act; providing for the issuance of permits by the County Assessor/Collector; providing a fee for permits; making the violation of this Act a misdemeanor and fixing penalties.
