SB 46, 57th 3rd C.S.

Relating to validating the action of certain Junior College Districts relating to the conduct of bond elections, validating bonds issued and to be issued, bond taxes and maintenance taxes and providing this Act shall have no application to litigation now pending questioning the matters hereby validated, providing such litigation or proceedings are ultimately determined against the validity of matters hereby validated.
