Relating to providing additional revenue for the support of State Government; amending certain Statutes to provide a Retail Sales and Use Tax and Use of motor vehicles; relating to the Severance Beneficiary Tax on Fas; providing a Sales Tax on certain restaurant meals; providing a recordation tax on real estate; providing for the transfer of one percent (1%) of the Permanent School Fund to the Available School Fund under certain conditions; providing an effective date.
