HJR 6, 57th R.S.
Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas requiring every elective officer of the State or of the United States who has been elected in a state-wide election, or any Member of the State Legislature, or any Member of the United States Congress elected from this State, to resign before being eligible to be a candidate for any other elective office of this State or of the United States other than the one which he holds.
