Relating to granting permission to the City of Fort Worth, Texas to establish two (2) or more Corporation Courts, not to exceed four (4) in number; providing such Courts shall have the usual jurisdiction now given to Corporation Courts; enabling the City to prescribe the qualifications of the Recorder of said Courts; providing for transfer of cases; providing for a Corporation Court Clerk.
