Relating to amending a certain Statute providing county wide elections in order for the majority of the electorate in certain counties to abolish the office of County Superintendent; providing that if an office is abolished the County Judge shall perform the duties thereof; relating to the salary of county school superintendents; relating to the ex officio county school superintendent.
