Relating to amending a certain Act to provide and make more certain that oil, gas, and mineral leases executed by personal representatives may provide for their extension beyond their primary terms by shut-in gas wells, and validating such provisions in leases heretofore executed by personal representatives pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Probate Code and still in force.
