SB 134, 57th Regular Session
Relating to providing for certain presumptions which shall rise from the amount of alcohol in the defendant's blood at the time of the alleged offense as shown by chemical analysis of the defendant's blood, urine, breath, or other bodily substance in any criminal prosecution for a violation of any law of this State relating to driving an automobile or other motor vehicle while intoxicated or while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
