Relating to amending the subject matter of the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act to authorize the Texas Employment Commission, upon the advice and consent of the Governor to enter into valid agreements with appropriate agencies of other states and/or the Federal Government to pay extend unemployment compensation benefits under the employment compensation laws of one or more states or under one or more such laws of the Federal Government.
