Relating to amending a certain Act providing that certain fees collected by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics be deposited in the General Revenue Fund of the State; abolishing the Boiler Inspection Fund; providing for the transfer of the unexpended balance in that Fund to the General Revenue Fund; providing an effective date.
