Relating to amending Article 1555b of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, by defining the term "credit card" and by making it unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain goods, property or services by the use of a false, counterfeit or non-existent credit card, or by the unauthorized use of a credit card, or by the use of a credit card which has expired of has been revoked; prescribing penalties for conviction based upon the amount of the purchase price of the goods, property or services obtained and the number of prior conviction for the same offense.
