Relating to regulating the soliciting and receiving of funds for political activity by State officials, employees, Senators and Representatives; regulating the giving or receiving of funds by State officials and employees; prohibiting the solicitation or collection of funds for political purposes from State officials and employees on State property; prohibiting the promotion, demotion or discharge of State officials and employees because of political activity of lack thereof; prohibiting the selling of a State official's or employee's vote; providing penalties.
