SB 402, 58th R.S.
Relating to establishing a state-wide program of basic and fundamental education for educationally deficient adults eighteen (18) years of age or older; providing that such program shall be developed and administered by the Texas Central Education Agency through the public schools and public junior colleges of the state; making an appropriation for implementation of the program in the biennium beginning September 1, 1963.
