SB 257, 58th R.S.
Relating to allowing interested persons aggrieved by conservation laws relating to crude petroleum or natural gas or waste thereof or by any rule, regulation or order promulgated by the Railroad Commission to file suit, with certain exceptions in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where any well or wells, land or mineral interest or a part thereof affected lies.
