Relating to providing for the acquisition of lands upon which are located historic and prehistoric sites and other historical features by the State Building Commission, allowing certification or authentication by the Texas State Historical Survey Committee, authorizing the erection and maintenance of historic monuments or memorials, the locating and marking of graves of former Texas heroes, the maintenance of monuments and memorials erected by the State of Texas to commemorate the Centenary of Texas Independence, requiring certain approval of the Texas State Historical Survey Committee before erection of new monuments or memorials.
