Relating to requiring payment of an additional license fee of One Dollar ($1) per vehicle for registration of any motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer; providing that revenues collected under this Act shall be used for the sole purpose or purchasing, constructing, maintaining and administering state parks and monuments; providing an effective date.
