Relating to products made by inmates of the Texas Department of Corrections and the sale of such products to state institutions, departments, and agencies and to political subdivisions; authorizing vocational training and rehabilitation of prisoners through work in industries at penal units under the Texas Board of Corrections; making it unlawful to sell prison-produced products on the open market, and specifying penalties therefor.
