HB 99, 59th R.S.

Relating to amending the section of the Penal Code known as Pink Bollworm Laws, to clarify the territory in the State subject to certain provisions of the Article and to provide that the performing or failing to perform any act, which act or failure is in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Agriculture, shall constitute a complete defense to any alleged violation thereunder.
