Designating precise boundaries of the Capitol Complex, agreements between the State Building Commission, The Board of Regents of The University of Texas, and the Texas Employment Commission, and the City of Austin, and directing the State Building Commission to develop plans for adequate permanent parking facilities within the Capitol area complex.
