Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents of The University of Texas to acquire by donation or deed of gift from The Texas Medical Center in Houston for the use and benefit of The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute, The University of Texas Dental Branch, The University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Houston, or such other branch or unit of The University of Texas System as may be established by the Legislature in Houston, certain properties in the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas.
