Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents, State Senior Colleges, for and on behalf of Sam Houston State College, to execute a quitclaim deed of the right, title and interest of said college in and to the estate of William Victor Adams, deceased, unto a corporation or foundation to be created for the purposes of administering trusts and handling of scholarship gifts and bequests for educational purposes at Sam Houston State College, its successor or assigns.
